Terms and Conditions
- Enrollments are not refundable except in the case where the class is cancelled. In which case students will be contacted in order to receive a full refund for the cancelled classes.
- Classes will run on all days specified including Public Holidays.
- Students are responsible for attending the classes they have enrolled in. When you enroll in a term of classes you have elected to do those particular classes on those particular times/days during that term.
- Students who miss a class and wish to do a makeup class you must contact us immediately to see if this will be allowed during that term. We will try and be accommodating but this is not always possible to allow students makeup classes for classes missed.
- Upon providing your email to us you may be added to our mailing list as this is the best way we can contact all students quickly keeping them informed about classes. We do not believe in spamming you and you may remove yourself anytime simply by replying with the subject "please remove"
- Private bookings are subject to cancellation fees. If an appointment is made and subsequently cancelled/re-booked a fee of $10 per half hour applies for bookings up to 4 people, and $20 per half hour for bookings larger than 4 people. Cancellations must be made via phone no shorter than 15 minutes prior to a lesson. If no call is made by then the lesson is charged in full.
- Students are responsible for their own belongings and any children in their care.
- Gift certificates and vouchers that have passed their expiry date will not be honored.
- Students are responsible for their own commonsense safety. Be sensible, look after yourself and take a break if you need to during class.
- If a pair of shoes is ordered in and then the client doesn't want them. Then any deposit made may be kept or the client may select a new pair and pay the balance for that pair of shoes.
- All sales are considered final. There are no refunds.
